Once we have received your paid and confirmed order we ship them within 3-5 business days depending on the product and its availability. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, except on holidays. However, at times when we are hosting sales or the holiday seasons are going on or other busier times it might take an additional day or two in dispatching the orders. With little effort, jewelry can be kept looking it’s best for years to come. Sterling Silver items can be polished with a jeweler’s cloth or cream, or even baking soda and lemon juice. DO NOT use these products for Vermeil Gold as this will remove the gold plating. Vermeil Gold can be gently cleaned with warm water and soap and a clean, untreated and chemical free cloth such as cotton or microfiber. Please take the following steps to help keep your jewelry looking it’s best:
When not being worn, store jewelry in a sealed plastic bag.
Limit as much as possible the jewelry coming into contact with any lotions, potions, or sprays. Chlorine and perfumes contribute greatly to rapid tarnishing of metal.
Gently wash with warm water and soap to remove and dry with a clean, untreated cloth.

Yes! We can fit a brief message of up to 140 characters onto a note included with the jewelry inside the box. The message will be seen at the same time as the jewelry.

If buyer refuses to accept the parcel we sent due to following reason:
1. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES: As we have already mentioned for custom duties and taxes buyer is responsible for destination country, still if buyer refuses not accept the item , and if the item we have sent back to us, for that buyer will not get any amount refund or replacement for the item .
2. OTHER REASON: Please contact us via amazon mail so we can sort out the issue.

All buyer are responsible for import duties taxes in his country please find out your countrie’s custom duties charges then order because we have no control in buyer country so we are not responsible for any custom duties and taxes applied in buyer country.

We have a resizing service. In this service buyer will ship the item back to us on your own expenses we will resize the ring once we received in buyer’s required ring size and we will reship the ring to buyer free of cost . Without any extra charges, but buyer will pay the return shipping charges

Any jewelry made with copper such as Sterling Silver and Rosé Gold items can tarnish slightly over time, however, for many people; this is outweighed by the beautiful properties of natural metals. This means the finish can potentially leave behind a surface (as green not blue) mark on the skin when worn. This coloration easily washes off with warm water and a mild soap.
If you do see a slight blackening in your piece it is nothing to be alarmed about and the ring can easily be brought right back to its shining self with a jewelry polishing cloth.
If found any side effect in our jewelry is temporary caused by the natural properties, unavoidable and not valid for a refund

1. some of jewelry designs doesn’t have enough space to stamp with 925 stamp so we can’t stamp but yes we give 100% guruantee that all our jewelry will be sterling silver, for your satisfaction you can get it tested.

When you buy any jewelry and we ship via express / expedite shipping service, for this we don’t stamp any jewelry with 925 stamp Because according to indian custom if they find any jewelry with 925 stamp they consider it fine silver and they put 5 time more duty on this package, we don’t want our customer to pay so much duty that’s why we don’t stamp it but yes we give 100% guruantee that all our jewelry will be sterling silver, for your satisfaction you can get it tested.
